Q:  How much is RepairTalk, and what are my financing options?

A:  The RepairTalk™ system is sold as a complete package for $9,995 and $199 per month including service, hardware support, and Reynolds & Reynolds port charges. or finance at  $1,749 down, and $399 per month for 60 months, including service, hardware support, and Reynolds & Reynolds port charges, with a $1.00 buyout at the end of the term.

Q:  What is included in your support package?

A: Everything!  Not only will you receive all software updates and improvements, but also RepairTalk system itself is fully covered for parts and labor, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Part of our support is monitoring your RepairTalk system 6 times a day -- so we can catch problems before they affect your customers!
 

Q:  How much extra work will my service writers have to do to make this system work?

A: None!  Since the RepairTalk system talks to your Reynolds box, LIVE, it requires no intervention on your service writer's part other than to give the RepairTalk number to your customers.

 

Q:  Do all my customers have to go through the RepairTalk system?

A: Not at all!  RepairTalk is intended as a supplement to your service writers, not as a total replacement.  Simply give your customers the RepairTalk number in addition to your service number, and let them decide when to take advantage of RepairTalk's quick and easy service.
